This new brand, SOL K-DOGS was inspired by the vibrancy and variety of street food markets of Seoul, the festive atmosphere of country fairs in America, and the music and togetherness of Mexican fiestas.
SOL K-DOGS, a fast casual restaurant franchise, based in Texas was created to celebrate the crossover of cultures from Korea, America, Mexico and all people under the sun. The Spanish word ‘SOL’ was to acknowledge the historic roots of El Paso, and also nod to the Korean origins with ‘SOL’ phonetically sounding of Seoul.
