STUDIO PROFILE

FOUND is a contemporary multidisciplinary design studio headquartered in Los Angeles, working with clients across the United States and around the world. The studio specializes in environmental graphic design, wayfinding, signage, brand identity, and large-format digital media — the systems that help people navigate and experience the built world, for civic spaces, corporate and workplace environments, high-rise and mixed-use developments, cultural institutions, and technology headquarters.

FOUND is committed to advancing traditional methodologies in wayfinding and signage through the integration of emerging technology — digital platforms, GPS, haptic feedback, autonomous systems, and artificial intelligence. The studio looks to the future to solve wayfinding for a world that no longer stands still.

FOUNDER

Will Ayers is the Founder and Creative Director of FOUND, where he provides visionary leadership and creative oversight across all projects. With over two decades of extensive international experience, Will has directed projects in China, Russia, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Egypt, Oman, India, South Korea, and the United States.

Will holds multiple degrees, notably a Master's from Cranbrook Academy of Art and a Bachelor's from the University of San Diego. He pursued advanced studies at the Rhode Island School of Design, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and the Lorenzo de' Medici Institute in Florence, Italy.
