AVALON LEGACY VILLAGE

FOUND developed the signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics for Avalon Legacy Village, a proposed mixed-use community within the 1,600-acre Tustin Legacy master plan on the former Marine Corps Air Station in Tustin, California. Planned across three blocks by AvalonBay Communities, the development was conceived to bring more than 1,200 residences, retail, and shared open space to a defining stretch of Orange County's largest redevelopment.

In collaboration with AvalonBay Communities, AO Architects, OFFICEUNTITLED, and TINA CHEE LANDSCAPE STUDIO.
