FOUND developed the signage, wayfinding, and architectural LED spectaculars for 670 Mesquit, a mixed-use development in the Los Angeles Arts District, designed by Bjarke Ingels of BIG. The program spans identity, entitlements, large-format digital displays, and public and digital art.

In collaboration with BIG, Gruen, Studio-MLA, Francis Krahe, StandardVision, Arup, Vella Group, and Frank Gallo.
